Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose a pack size and tap Add to cart on any product. When you are ready, open the cart, enter your PIN code, name and mobile number, and tap Place order. Your order opens in WhatsApp, ready to send.

Do the prices include taxes and delivery?
The prices on the website include all taxes. The courier charge is added separately: it depends on the weight of your order, the packing and your PIN code, and we tell you the exact amount before you pay.
How do I pay?
Orders are prepaid. After you place your order, we confirm it and send you the payment details.
Once you have paid, share the payment confirmation (or a screenshot) and your full delivery address. Your order is then confirmed and sent to our dispatch team.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid. After you place your order, we send you the payment details, and your order goes to our dispatch team once the payment is received.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order value is ₹499 (before the courier charge).
For honey and honey-based products, the minimum order is 1 kg (for example 500 g × 2). You can mix different varieties.
For other products there is no minimum quantity — choose any product in the pack sizes listed.
Delivery
How much is the delivery charge?
The courier charge depends on the total weight of your order, the type of packing (glass jars or pouches) and your delivery location (West Bengal or the rest of India, by PIN code).
We tell you the exact courier charge before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We send orders by courier to customers across India.
How long does delivery take?
Once your package is shipped, you will get delivery updates from our courier partner. You will usually receive your parcel within 7 working days.
Products & packing
How are the products packed?
Honey, honey-based products, ghee and palm jaggery are packed in glass jars. Other products are packed in food-grade PET jars or pouches.
For safe transit, orders are packed in a corrugated box with a thermocol sheet.
What are combo packs?
Combo packs are fixed sets of products — for example six 200 g honey varieties, or four kinds of dates — so you can try several products together. The 200 g honey jars are available only in the honey combo.
